How does authentication work?

Every piece that enters Savoir undergoes a meticulous review by our in-house experts, who inspect for authenticity, craftsmanship, and condition. For added assurance, we partner withLegitGrailsto provide a secondary, independent authentication and an official certificate of authenticity. Only the most trusted, verified pieces make our edit.
What do shipment and delivery look like?

We ship through premium carriers such as FedEx or UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Shipping fees will vary based on destination and insured value; complimentary shipping may be available above a certain purchase threshold. All eligible shipments are insured up to a designated value for your peace of mind. Full shipping details will be shared at checkout.
Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We encourage you to review your purchase carefully before completing checkout. If you decide later to part with your item, we are happy to consider re-consigning it—pending a condition review upon return to Savoir. 
Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we offer full payment upfront upon purchase. Please check back for future updates as we continue to expand our client offerings.
How do I consign with Savoir?

Our team will review your submission, confirm the pieces we can accept, and arrange a closet pickup, drop-off appointment, or prepared shipping options.

Can I consign from anywhere?

Savoir currently accepts consignments from anywhere within the United States.
Whether you’re shipping your luxury pieces to us or working with a local pickup (in select areas), we are proud to serve clients nationwide.
What is your pricing structure?

Pricing is determined by our specialists using real-time market data and trend forecasting.

We evaluate: 

• current demand 

• brand and style desirability 

• condition 

• color and size 

• historical resale performance

Some designers naturally hold (or increase) their value over time. We price accordingly to ensure both consignor return and shopper value.
What is the Savoir Membership?

For $99 per year, members receive:

• a $99 credit toward their first purchase

• exclusive invitations to private member experiences

• first-hour access to all pop-up events

•an additional 10% more back on every item sold

A membership designed to elevate both your shopping and consignment experience. 
How long will you keep my items?

Per our consignment agreement, items remain with Savoir for the full consignment period of 90 days.

If an item is requested early, a return fee of $200 applies.

After the consignment term ends, items may be renewed for another cycle or returned at no cost.
