Icons and New Comers Take The Runway: What To Expect For NYFW

After a show-stopping Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris, stylists, editors, and celebrities are making their way to the big apple for their coveted NYFW and it’s set to be an exciting one. According to the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America)’s schedule there is set to be an iconic and long-awaited return of Calvin Klein under new Creative Director, Veronica Leoni, alongside other major designers like Brandon Maxwell, Tory Burch, Carolina Herrera, Thom Browne, and more. From Thursday, February 6th to Tuesday, February 11th, big time and new designers will present their Autumn/Winter 2025 collections. 

Also making a coveted return to the schedule this year is Altuzarra, Christopher John Rogers, and Marc Jacobs. Jacobs presented last year, but presented off calendar, whereas this season he’ll debut alongside other namesake brands. Brandon Maxwell will begin the week while CFDA chairman Thom Browne will finish. Featuring a blend of new and known designers, the beginning of the week will set the tone with Anna Sui, Christian Siriano, Prabal Gurung, Khaite, Campillo, Simkhai, and more.

For the later half of the week, Ulla Johnson will showcase an intricate runway show followed by the gen-Z obsessed Sandy Liang. The iconic Carolina Herrera, creatively directed by Wes Gordon, will lead the charge for Monday, February 10th with beloved American brands like Coach and Tory Burch to follow. For the first time on the schedule we’ll see Angelo Beato, Alexis Bittar, Gabe Gordon, Leblancstudios, and more.
