When Jaidi speaks about luxury fashion, it’s not just business—it’s personal. Her journey from an accounting career at large firms to becoming one of the most trusted global luxury sourcing experts is a powerful story of vision, grit, and style. Today, her concierge company, Jaidi Finds, connects discerning clients across the world with hard-to-find luxury pieces, blending deep industry knowledge with personal passion. But behind the glamour is a story filled with detours, resilience, and an unwavering love for fashion.
“Since I was a child, I’ve always been fascinated by luxury,” Jaidi recalls. “I remember staring at my mom’s Louis Vuitton Alma BB bag, completely mesmerized. I didn’t know why—I just knew it spoke to me.”
Born with a keen eye for detail and raised with strong cultural expectations, Jaidi originally pursued a corporate path, joining KPMG and later Deloitte as a tax and finance advisor. But fashion never left her heart.
“I knew I had to move to New York. I was 27, single, and ready to chase what truly made me feel alive.”
After countless rejections from fashion recruiters, she finally landed a temp job at Chanel—with no benefits and a pay cut. But it was a foot in the door. Working in procurement, she learned the intricacies of sourcing from within a top-tier maison. Roles at Tiffany & Co. and Gucci followed, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar sourcing operations.
It was during the pandemic, with stores closed and clients hungry for rare finds, that Jaidi Finds was born. Her first client came through Instagram.
“It started with one pair of Chanel mules. I stayed up all night trying to find them. I didn’t make a profit, but I knew this was my calling.”
Since then, her network has expanded globally, with part-time teams in Hong Kong, Paris, London, and Dubai. Jaidi now manages sourcing requests from 100’s of clients weekly via Instagram and WhatsApp.
“Speed is everything. You miss a minute, you miss the item,” she explains.
Her ability to build relationships with boutiques, speak multiple languages, and always deliver has made her indispensable. She takes pride in educating clients on customs, shipping, and realistic expectations, while ensuring their experience is grounded in kindness and integrity.
“People remember how you made them feel,” she says. “Even if someone doesn’t buy today, I treat them with the same care, because you never know what tomorrow brings.”
Jaidi recently launched Jaidi ReLoves, a sister brand focusing on vintage and pre-loved pieces. Looking ahead, she hopes to share more of her personal life on social media and inspire other women entrepreneurs.
“I’ve hesitated for years, but now I’m ready. I want people to know that yes, I find rare fashion pieces—but I also live a real life in sweatpants at home.”
Her story is one of tenacity, intuition, and authenticity. Whether she’s hunting down a Chanel runway jacket or mentoring her growing team, Jaidi continues to redefine what it means to turn passion into purpose.
“This isn’t just sourcing,” she says. “It’s connection. It’s trust. And it’s love for fashion, in every detail.”
