Giorgio Armani is bringing his signature elegance back to South Florida—this time to Pompano Beach. His interior design studio, Armani/Casa, made waves in 2020 with its first Miami residential project, and now it’s setting its sights on this rising luxury hotspot. Those who follow the Italian designer know his style is all about understated sophistication, blending clean lines, rich textures, and top-tier craftsmanship into one–and that’s exactly what he plans to do with this development. (Essentially, imagine Armani’s clothing aesthetic translated into a beachfront home.)

Announced in November 2024, the Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach will bring Armani’s signature style to 1550 N Ocean Boulevard. The project, designed in collaboration with the well-known firm G3 AEC, will feature two 19-story towers with 28 residences, each one taking up its own full floor. Every 3,250-square-foot residence is designed for ultimate privacy and comfort, with 10-foot ceilings, wraparound terraces, and custom Armani/Casa finishes. Kitchens will be outfitted with European quartz and stone, while primary suites will boast walk-in closets by Molteni Dada and midnight bars. Plus, residents will have access to an oceanfront park by West 8, a 45-foot lap pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a world-class spa, and a private lounge. Plus, concierge services and EV charging stations make life that much easier.
With its prime waterfront location, this project is set to redefine luxury living in Pompano. Prices start at $5 million, with reservations being accepted this fall—but don’t expect to move in just yet. The project won’t be complete until 2028, making it a highly anticipated addition to the city’s growing luxury scene. To get the inside scoop, we spoke with Tomas Sinisterra, President of SP Developments, one of the four developers behind the project, along with Vertical Developments, WellDuo, and GCF Development.
