Hermès FW25, Proves why They Are the Ultimate Symbol of Refinement

Attending Hermès is like attending a masterclass in understated luxury and refined femininity. Hermès knows its public, its strengths, and what people are looking for when they enter its stores, and it delivers exactly that season after season. The brand has managed to stay innovative and contemporary while also delivering the timeless and the classic, creating a recognizable silhouette celebrated worldwide.

This time, dynamism took over the runway. The music and the models reflected a energetic force, different from the usually romantic and deep catwalks of the past. The runway featured a textured, almost dirt-like material on the floor, creating a new experience for attendees. Creative director Nadège Vanhee opted for a wide color palette, presented in monochromatic looks. From full-black ensembles to rich browns, greys, beiges, whites, and touches of green that disrupted the classic, the collection embraced variety.

Different textures were incorporated to create a modern aesthetic and soften the modesty of the looks. Quilted garments, leathers, and fluid, softer fabrics engaged in a visually interesting conversation. Sharp tailoring in every look perfectly matched the brand’s timeless, wearable, and effortless approach to design. Belted silhouettes, seen in jackets and coats, created a fluid and natural shape, while the flawless leatherwork added structure to the looks.

Modern pieces were styled alongside classic ones to create a youthful approach while preserving the brand’s signature elements. Pieces like bomber jackets and leather mini shorts (almost booty shorts) appealed to a younger audience, crafting a sexy silhouette, while fitted leather trench coats catered to a more mature clientele. The collection showcased Hermès’ ability to create an enduring style that resonates across generations.
